The history of our company dates back to the half of the last century. Since then we have been producing conveyors without any interruption. Bluetech s.r.o. implemented the quality management system pursuant to the standard ČSN EN ISO9001:2001, process and welding management system pursuant to the Czech technical standard ČSN EN ISO 3834-2, environmental management system pursuant to the Czech technical standard ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005. We further posses of a certificate for designing, manufacturing, installation, servicing and welding activities in the field of steel constructions.

Conveyors for sorting technologies

Technologies for sorting waste and other secondary materials are designed and manufactured on the basis of specific requirements of each individual client/ investor. We offer complete supply, i.e. from project design, through manufacturing, electrical installation to regular servicing. We always prepare a complete system according to the customer needs and requirements. Sorting lines and waste sorting lines may process few tons of material per year - the maximum performance is not limited.

Conveyors for industrial applications

Industrial applications often use all types of belt conveyors in various combinations. Each conveyor has its specific scope of application and usually no alternative use is expected. Therefore each project gets the maximum care from our technicians. Industrial conveyors are always a supplementary unit to some other technology - therefore attention is paid to simple design that supports function and reliability of the whole system.

Conveyors for agricultural applications

These are mainly technologies for post-harvest treatment of potatoes, root vegetables, onion, etc. These conveyors have always the same task: minimum losses and damage of product. Moreover the modern technology shall be situated in the existing premises that were originally intended for other purposes. Our experts therefore offer individual solution for each project, in close cooperation with farmers, to make high-end machines and equipment.
