Sorting technologies and lines
Equipment for sorting waste and other secondary scrap is always designed individually and personally with every investor. Deliveries are made complete – that is from the project design, through production to assembly and electrical installation up to regular servicing. We always prepare the specific equipment exactly according to our customers’ individual needs. The smallest installations process only a few tens of tons a year, while the upper limit of yearly output is practically unlimited.
Line set-up:
chain conveyor for feeding of stamping machines, crushing machines and containers; interconnecting technological conveyors; rotational separator; magnetic separator; receiving table; roller track; sorting cabin; sorting conveyor; air handling system; electrical installation; control program.
